oversee the construction process, how does a situation like this work?
- A Project Manager
will be assigned
to you to be your liaison and will
- oversee the entire process including scheduling and managing the work
- crew.

Who takes care of obtaining the
permits?
- We do.

Are
permits included in the estimate or do I
pay for those outside of the estimate?
- On the average, most homeowners prefer to have their estimate
itemized,
- with no hidden fees, so we keep the cost of permits separate
so you know
- what the real costs are. For large remodels, permit
fees are usually included
- in the estimate.

Do you complete the plans for
additions or
remodeling?
- Typically the homeowner will work with their
own architect, drafter, or
- designer to complete the plans of the
remodel. We offer as a service an
- architect we work with that
can assist
you in your plans if desired.

Do
you have a show room?
Yes we do! Unfortunately not large enough to show
all the possibilities. We have cabinetry and countertops on display.
We carry a lot of samples for Cultured Stone, CaesarStone,
Granite and Corian. We also have supplier contacts for plumbing
fixtures, appliances, tile, doors, windows, Granite slabs, and anything
else you may need.
How involved in the project will I be?
- Very
little. The remodel process is all in the planning stage. Once you have
- selected all of your materials, products, appliances, and fixtures,
your work is
- done. We may refer to you from time to time about specific
preferences or
- options available

Can I buy just cabinets or a countertop from
you if that’s all I need?
- Yes!
We proudly carry Merillat Cabinetry. It is American made and
can
- be delivered in as little as 5 to 7 working days. Countertops in Granite,
- Silestone, CaesarStone and Corian are also available
in 5 to 7 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?
- At this time we are not able to process credit cards. Checks and cash
- are always acceptable.
